Testimonials
‘Back to tennis and lifting with no chronic back pain’
After feeling stiff, immobile, and recovering from a shoulder injury on the tennis court, this 73-year-old client enrolled with Trevor—and immediately saw results. From there, he started 1-on-1 training to improve strength, flexibility, and function.
“My only regret? That I didn’t start sooner. I can pick up my grandkids easily, balance better, and my chronic back pain is practically gone. Trevor’s approach changed the way I move.”
‘Pain-free and confident in weeks’
After injuring his shooting wrist, this young man turned to Sculpt Health for a remote recovery plan. The result? Quick scheduling, tailored rehab, and simple exercises that fit into his daily life. In just a few weeks, his mobility and strength returned—and so did his game.
“Trevor’s virtual sessions gave me exercises I could do in class or at home. Within weeks I was pain-free, confident, and back on the court.”
‘From might need surgery, to a 9-mile hike.’
After months of knee pain and limited movement, she was facing surgery. Traditional PT wasn’t cutting it. With only six weeks before a hiking trip, she turned to Sculpt Health. Through focused strength work and progressive training, she not only completed the trip—she thrived. Now, she trains with Trevor to stay strong and active.
“Trevor’s approach to PT gave me strength, confidence, and results. I went from limping to crushing a 9-mile hike in just six weeks. Now I work with him for strength training. Highly recommend.”
How it Works
Simple, clear, and built for aging athletes who want to stay strong for decades.
1) Book a Free 15-Minute Consult
We’ll learn what’s going on, what you’ve tried, and what you want to get back to. Then, we will recommend the right path (PT, training, or hybrid).
2) Assess + Identify the “Why”
We do a thorough movement and strength assessment to find the real limiter. This could be mobility, stability, load tolerance, or a specific joint strategy and allows us to treat the root cause.
3) Build Your Plan (Strength That Protects Your Joints)
You’ll get a step-by-step progression that improves how you move and increases strength safely. The goal isn’t just less pain but rather increase movement capacity.
4) Progress With Coaching + Accountability
We coach the details, adjust as you improve, and build confidence so you can return to golf, tennis, skiing, hiking, lifting, and travel without the flare-ups.
Meet Dr. Trevor Larsen
I’m Trevor Larsen, DPT, CSCS. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist trained at Northeastern. I’ve trained with weights since sixth grade, and I’ve built my career where rehab and performance should meet, but often don’t.
Over years working across healthcare and fitness, I noticed a consistent gap: people either get treated only after pain appears, or they want to stay active but don’t know what’s safe or effective. Even after “finishing PT,” many still don’t trust their body — which leads to repeat flare-ups, fear around movement, and quietly doing less over time.
Sculpt Health is the system I built to solve that problem. We bridge injury care and performance training with clinical insight, intelligent strength work, and one-on-one mentorship. It was designed proactive, preventive, and deeply personal. We assess what’s limiting you, build a plan you can execute, and coach you until you’re moving with confidence again.
We’re here for the long game: strength before breakdown, and confidence that endures.
