Prehab is proactive therapy for your future self. We identify imbalances, weaknesses, and joint-specific risks, and create a strategy to strengthen your body before pain or injury stops you from living your fullest life.
Included is a functional mobility & movement assessments, joint-specific prehab plans (hips, knees, back, etc.), targeted strength & stability training, and integrated programming through your training app.
It is perfect for active professionals, and anyone trying to prevent injury, age powerfully, or make movement an alternative to surgery. -
Train alongside a small group of motivated peers in a format that blends personalization with camaraderie. You’ll each follow a custom plan while receiving expert-level coaching in a supportive and energetic environment.

Whether you’re training 1:1 or in a small group, every Sculpt Health program is built on a proven 3-step process. This is designed to help you move better, stay stronger, and improve your life quality.

You’ll start with a comprehensive 1-on-1 assessment conducted by a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
We’ll evaluate: joint mobility and movement patterns, strength imbalances, injury risks, and lifestyle factors. Afterwards, you will have a clear understanding of where you are now—and a personalized plan for where you’re going.

Using your assessment results, we create a customized plan that emphasizes functional strength, mobility, efficiency, and long-term results.
For 1:1 clients, the approach is tailored to fit your lifestyle, goals, and needs. Small group clients will train alongside 1–3 supportive peers, still ensuring individualized coaching within the group setting.

We’re in this journey for the long game. Together we will monitor your movement, progress, and performance. We will then make program adjustments as you grow stronger, provide continuous feedback and education.

Meet Dr. Trevor Larsen
I started lifting weights in sixth grade and never looked back: movement, performance, and strength became my foundation.
After earning my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northeastern and becoming a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, I saw a gap in the system: too many people were graduating from rehab without the confidence, strength, or clarity to fully return to the lives they loved.
They were doing the exercises, but still unsure; moving again but not feeling like themselves. That’s why I built Sculpt Health.
Sculpt Health is not a clinic, but rather a system. One that blends clinical expertise, intelligent strength training, and personal mentorship to help you train safely and feel fully in control of your health again.
